ICC Clubhouse Nights - Pull Up A Chair

Creating spaces where women can talk honestly about perimenopause, menopause, identity, life and every tough topic in between.

Evolving from our much-loved Ladies' Nights, ICC Clubhouse Nights bring women together in community venues and packed-out wine bars over cheese and wine or a large G&T, these nights have helped more than 1,200 women feel seen, supported and reconnected to themselves.

What began as a book talk became a movement. Now, it's opening the Clubhouse door to more honest conversation, shared laughter and sisterhood - with women finally saying out loud what they've only ever whispered. A shared sisterhood, where no-one ever leaves feeling alone or un-supported.

This night made me feel seen and heard, I genuinely thought I was the only woman struggling through menopause. When Jainy shared her story, everyone in the room looked relieved — it was like thank God someone is finally talking about this sh*t out in the open. I was so glad I went to this clubhouse event.

What To Expect

What happens at an ICC Clubhouse meet?

An evening of humour, honest conversation, unfiltered truths and book talks inspired by Your Ovaries Have a Resignation Plan and Manopause 101.

Expect big laughs, relatable stories and the tricky questions women are thinking but rarely saying out loud, about symptoms, identity, empty nests, sex, relationships, reinvention and wondering, "Who the hell am I now?"

No fixing. No pretending. Just women pulling up a chair, sharing what's real and leaving feeling seen, understood and far less alone.

  • Big laughs & brutal honesty Stand-up energy meets lived-experience storytelling. The bits no one else dares say out loud.
  • Real conversations about midlife Hormones, hot flushes, bedroom changes, brain fog, identity wobbles — nothing's off the table.
  • Takeaways you'll actually remember Not a slide deck. Practical, empowering nuggets you'll be repeating to your friends the next day.
  • An atmosphere that hits different Memorable moments, big energy, and the rare feeling of being totally got by a room full of women.
  • You leave lifted, not lectured Uplifted. Seen. And far less alone — because you'll realise you never were.

Real women.
Real lives.
Real sisterhood.
